* lib/uuid.c (CLSID_StaticDib, CLSID_StaticMetafile, CLSID_StdHlink,
CLSID_StdHlinkBrowseContext): Remove. Moved to relevant files.
* lib/cguid-uuid.c (CLSID_StaticDib, CLSID_StaticMetafile): Added.
* lib/hlguids-uuid.c: New file.
