	* include/stdlib.h: Adjust __MINGW_ATTRIB_* tokens.

	* include/sting.h: Add __MINGW_ATTRIB_PURE to locale-independent
	string functions.
	(_strdup, strdup): Add __MINGW_ATTRIB_MALLOC.
