Corinna Vinschen d9ad7a9c4e * fhandler_procnet.cc: Reorganize global procnet content data into a
new struct virt_tab_t.  Accommodate throughout.

	* fhandler.h: Fix copyright dates.
	* fhandler_process.cc: Ditto.
	* fhandler_registry.cc: Ditto.
