Accept an argument. * strace.cc (strace::microseconds): Use hires class for calculating times. * sync.h (new_muto): Use NO_COPY explicitly in declaration. * times.cc (gettimeofday): Reflect change in usecs argument. (hires::usecs): Ditto.
