Keith Packard 9042d0ce65 Use remove-advertising-clause script to edit BSD licenses 
This edits licenses held by Berkeley and NetBSD, both of which
have removed the advertising requirement from their licenses.

Yaakov Selkowitz ec4fe40b23 Feature test macros overhaul: grp.h 
_PATH_GROUP is a BSDism. getgr*_r are BSD|SVID|POSIX, and the *grent
functions are BSD|SVID|XPG4v2.

Yaakov Selkowitz a710c89dcb grp.h: use __BSD_VISIBLE and __XSI_VISIBLE guards 
This fixes the build of krb5 and other packages on Cygwin.
