prototypes.

* include/mbstring.h: Remove comments about _mbschr, _mbstok,
_mbsncat being in string.h.
* include/wchar.h (_wfindfirst): Correct prototype.
* include/tchar.h (_tfdopen): Add _UNICODE mappings.
