	(fhandler_socket::accept): Use event driven technique to implement
	interuptible accept.
	(fhandler_socket::wait): Allow FD_ACCEPT handling.
	* net.cc (cygwin_accept): Remove workaround for allowing blocking
	accept.  That's entirely in fhandler_socket::accept now.
