Danny Smith eba631d6a9 * moldname.def.in (__MSVCRT__): Replace with !(__CRTDLL). 
(wpopen): Add if !(__CRTDLL).
	* Makefile.in (moldname-msvcrt.def rule): Use -C, not -c to
	preserve comments.
