CYG_MAX_PATH for temporary path name buffer size.
* winf.h (LINE_BUF_CHUNK): Define as MAX_PATH * 2.
* include/sys/dirent.h: Include sys/limits.h. Define name buffer sizes
using NAME_MAX.
