(mprotect): Protect against calling VirtualProtect() for shared
pages on 9x/Me.
(fixup_mmaps_after_fork): If ReadProcessMemory() fails, try to
change protection of parent page to PAGE_READONLY, then try again.
Revert protection afterwards.
