* thread.cc (MTinterface::Init): Remove the initialization of `reent_data'.
* dcrt0.cc: Add the initalizer to the declaration of `reent_data'.
* include/cygwin/version.h: Bump CYGWIN_VERSION_API_MINOR to 35.
