* Makefile.in (DLL_OFILES): Add fhandler_dev.o.
* devices.h (DEV_DEV_MAJOR): Define.
(FH_DEV): Redefine in terms of DEV_DEV_MAJOR.
(ext_dev_storage): Declare.
(dev_storage_size): Declare.
