* autoload.cc (GetSecurityInfo): Remove.

	* security.cc (file_mapping): New global variable.

	SE_DACL_PROTECTED flag.
	(check_file_access): Remove mapping.  Use file_mapping instead.
	(check_registry_access): Rename mapping to reg_mapping.
	* wincap.cc: Througout, drop use_get_sec_info_on_dirs,
	* wincap.h (struct wincaps): Drop use_get_sec_info_on_dirs.
