* libc/sys/linux/sys/lock.h: Turn on __USE_GNU flag if not already
        defined.  Change __LOCK_RECURSIVE_INIT to be __LOCK_INIT_RECURSIVE.
        * libc/sys/linux/dl/dl-support.c: Change __LOCK_RECURSIVE_INIT
        to be __LOCK_INIT_RECURSIVE.
