* Makefile.tpl (local-distclean): Also remove config.cache files in
        sub-directories as there may not be Makefiles present in the
        sub-directories.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * configure.ac: Revert previous delta.
        * configure: Regenerate.
