* readelf.c (read_and_display_attr_value): Handle a DW_AT_encoding
	value of DW_ATE_decimal_float instead of DW_ATE_GNU_decimal_float.
include/elf/
	* dwarf2.h (enum dwarf_type): Remove DW_AT_GNU_decimal_float.
	Replace with DW_ATE_decimal_float (now in DWARF 3).
