* sec_auth.cc (get_token_group_sidlist): Add BUILTIN\Users account

Browse Source 
to all created tokens.
	* sec_helper.cc (well_known_users_sid): Define as BUILTIN\Users.
	* security.h (well_known_users_sid): Declare.
