Don't set HOST_LIB_PATH_bfd/HOST_LIB_PATH_opcodes

PR binutils/4970
	* Makefile.def (host_modules): Rmove lib_path=.libs from bfd
	and opcodes.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
