* include/malloc.h (_heapinfo): Correct structure definition. 

(_USEDENTRY,_FREEENTRY): Add defines.
	Add comment on platform support for _heap* functions.
	(_get_sbh_threshold): Add prototype.
	(_set_sbh_threshold): Likewise.
	(_expand): Likewise.
