* pinfo.cc (pinfo::init): Define sa_buf as PSECURITY_ATTRIBUTES and

	and allocate dynamically.
	* winbase.h (ilockincr): Mark first argument of inline assembly as
	earlyclobber.
	(ilockdecr): Ditto.
