	* select.cc (fhandler_pipe::ready_for_read): Remove.
	(fhandler_base::ready_for_read): Remove.
	* syscalls.cc (readv): Drop unneeded wait variable.  Remove entire test
	which might lead to calling ready_for_read.  Remove now unused label
	out.
