* libc/include/malloc.h (M_MXFAST, M_NLBLKS, M_GRAIN, M_KEEP): New
        macro constants for mallopt options.
        (M_TRIM_THRESHOLD, M_TOP_PAD, M_MMAP_THRESHOLD, M_MMAP_MAX): Ditto.
