* libc/stdio/vfwprintf.c (_VFWPRINTF_R): Add code to correctly handle 

's' format specifier on not _MB_CAPABLE targets.  Fix a formatting
	glitch in _MB_CAPABLE enabled code.  Add a missing 'L' specifier.
