(has_suffix): Ditto.
* security.cc (get_pw_sid): Defend against NULL.
* sigproc.cc (proc_subproc): Fix debugging output.

* strace.cc: Make statics NO_COPY throughout.
(strace::vsprntf): Defend against NULL.
