* devices.h: Renumber internal devices so that FH_PROCESS is part of 

the /proc family of virtual devices.
	(FH_PROC_MAX_MINOR): Define.
	* path.h (isproc_dev): Use FH_PROC_MAX_MINOR rather than FH_PROC.
