* cygmalloc.h (__set_ENOMEM): Declare.

Browse Source 
(MALLOC_FAILURE_ACTION): Call __set_ENOMEM.
	* malloc_wrapper.cc (malloc) Remove setting errno here.
	(realloc): Ditto.
	(calloc): Ditto.
	(memalign): Ditto.
	(valloc): Ditto.
	(posix_memalign): Save and restore errno.
