POSIX says “command” loses SPEC_BI and means it too
reported by ormaaj, who even asked on the austin ML http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.standards.posix.austin.general/9907/focus=9931 clarified by jilles; also make errorlevels match ksh93
