Most translations are 73% finished already because they've been imported from Clementine.
They need to be finished and reviewed. Also "library" should be replaced with "collection", or "collection library" so it matches the English version.
If something does not make sense to translate, just copy the English version over, this way it will show 100% translated when you finish. We will include only languages that are finished.
