Refactor playlist view/header code
...
- Don't reload all settings when changing playlists
- Fix initial playlist header columns sizes
- Properly reset header state when resetting columns

- Only use custom size override for large and small sidebar modes
- Use scroll buttons by default
- Set elide text mode off because macOS has it on by default
- Set tooltip for top icon only mode
- Set icon sizes except for on macOS
