Improve CMake error message in case of missing libvlc
When running CMake with VLC installed, but without libvlc there pops out following error message: > You need to have eithoer GStreamer or VLC to compile! This may be confusing for some users, because they might have VLC already installed, but not libvlc. This commit fixes it.
