Increase update rate of track slider
...
Increases the refresh rate of the track progress bar to 25fps.
This looks much better with moodbars than the previous 1fps.
All the common code that use to run at 1fps still retains that
rate so the overhead due to this is negligible.

Make the track slider popup more accurate, make the text bold, make the shadow bigger but fade out towards the bottom, and make it close when the mouse leaves the area of the slider.
