This makes use of `@AppStorage` for preferences. Severeral more need to migrated from AppDefaults etc.

Brent Simmons 56fab24cec Make importing NetNewsWire 3 subscriptions a one-step process — use an accessory view in the NSOpenPanel. - #if-out notifications/defaults/etc.
- Make toggleWebInspectorEnabled(_) a no-op.
