Version 4.7.1 brings several changes:

* enabled speed setting for podcast in video player
* fixed bug of receiving null view in function requiring non-null in subscriptions page
* set Counter default to number of SHOW_UNPLAYED
* removed FeedCounter.SHOW_NEW, NewEpisodesNotification, and associated notifications settings
