Correct audio player cover scaling reported in AntennaPod/AntennaPod#621
...
The former scaling would scale the image so that width and height of
the cover would be at least as large as the view. Now, the covers
dimensions will be equal or less than the dimensions of the cover view.

Instead of having a fixed path, the user can now choose the path to
import from via dialog. This made the rather bloated instruction text
superfluous. Some minor changes to the DirectoryChooserActivity and the
OMPL Import layout.

Fix for AntennaPod/AntennaPod#629
...
On older devices, crucial intermediate certificates are missing. In
this fix, we create a custom trustmanager. The algorithm follows the
certificate chain and checks validity and issuer signature. In the last
step, we take the root CA's certificate from the system's keystore and
verify the chain's last certificate thus validating the whole chain.
