cc052e91ad Merge branch 'migration' into develop 
Non-GUI classes have been moved into the 'core' project in order to allow AntennaPod SP to reference it as a subproject.

bcd2013e04 do not persist when expanded notifications are unsupported 
check to see if expanded notifications are supported by android version, if not then do not persist notification even when option is enabled

2467046ec6 Release WakeLock when it isn't needed 
Release WakeLock in Presto's MediaPlayer when it is not needed. That way, it is going to behave just like Android's MediaPlayer.
