Our default ExoPlayer can always set the speed. All Android versions >23
also support it. So of the 2% of users with old devices, this only
affects the ones who manually selected another player.

Malformed audio files can cause a crash in ExoPlayer. We have our own
id3 extractor and don't use the data of ExoPlayer, so we can just
disable parsing in ExoPlayer. This reduces the number locations where
something can go wrong that prevents playback.

Cancel the periodic updater before calling stopForeground so
that the notification can't come back after it has been closed.
Remove the workaround for API 30 slow notification closing because
it can cause a stuck notification. However, in order to avoid misleading
text being left on the notification if it closes slowly, ensure that
the "0 downloads" text is written to the notification when shutting down.

Previously, we relied on the string to fill the complete frame.
Some podcasts terminate the string early and leave some garbage in
the frame data. Skip that garbage, so that the reader is at a valid
frame header position when starting the next iteration.

This is another way of solving #2077 .
The root issue is that queued episodes are never auto-deleted
currently which means that if you automatically add episodes to the
queue you will eventually end up with AntennaPod refusing to auto
download more episodes because the cache is full and it can't make
space.
This option will only refuse to delete favorited items. Otherwise it
will simply delete the oldest episodes.

ensures that the widget is updated instantly when calling from

Details:
Website Address and Podcast Feed URL menu options were previously always in the overflow menu, which is inconsistent with over menus such as the FeedList menu where these options are under a "Share..." submenu.
Two new vector drawables were added for the black and white options of a "Share" icon, these are used to create a submenu for Website Address and Podcast Feed URL if there's room, otherwise the submenu text "Share..." is used in the overflow menu.

Add the Let's Encrypt (ISRG Root X1) Root Certificate

This adds the ISRG Root X1 certificate to the backported certificates
introduced in #4497 . This should solve the issue when DST Root X3
expires in 2021 (https://letsencrypt.org/2020/11/06/own-two-feet.html ).

Remove IF NOT EXISTS from index create statements

`onCreate()` should only ever be called once, where the tables and
indices are created. Any other changes need to happen via `onUpgrade()`,
so we can safely remove `IF NOT EXISTS`.
When importing any database into the app (e.g. if it gets corrupted and
is recreated with `sqlite3 old-database.db ".dump"`), it first needs to
be set back to the correct version. This can be done in sqlite with:
$ sqlite3 old-database.db "PRAGMA user_version"
<old-db-version>
$ sqlite3 new-database.db "PRAGMA user_version = <old-db-version>"
