Lorenzo Cogotti bc0db5aeed [cpr] Fix bzip2 decompression over files with multiple streams. 
Some bz2 archives contain concatenated streams,
libbz2 returns BZ_STREAM_END with possibly leftover data
on input buffer.
We should support this case gracefully.
